What is your quality inspection process？
We conduct 100% testing on raw materials, and finished products undergo 100% testing before packaging. We have an excellent quality control process and department that inspects each product to ensure it is functioning properly before it leaves the factory.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity. We also accept sample orders and can customize the product’s logo, packaging, and design. However, we recommend ordering more than 100 units to save on shipping costs.

We only provide quality samples due to the long time and high cost of customized samples. But we provide free packaging design services. Usually, we’ll provide the packaging effect picture with your logo as a reference first. At the same time, the sample will be sent with the packing container you want. What is the MOQ to be met for samples?
It depends on the product’s capacity and packaging type. We support low MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) starting at 2,000pcs. We will provide packing suggestions and budget to customers according to the demand.
What is the shipping time for the finished product?
It depends on the mode of transportation, divided into sea, rail, and air. The general shipping time by sea is 40-45 days.
How long is the production lead time?
The production time for electronic components is generally 25-35 days, depending on the different materials and component designs.
